Informal Coalition

We are an informal coalition of long-time activists that came together spontaneously for a counterprotest against a pro-NYPD rally in Flushing.

We have not yet decided whether we should formalize into a standing coalition, for knowledge sharing, solidarity actions, arts and storytelling, mutual aid and community healing, or deeply embedded, language accessible basebuilding in immigrant neighborhoods, in partnership with Black-led tenant, labor, and LGBTQ organizations -- to counter the rise of the Asian American right, and to unite in the fight for justice for all during this critical time of change.

For now, we are working towards organizing a Black-Asian Solidarity March on October 11, 2020.
